Moreover it engages not just my thinking mind, but also my intuitive psyche. <BR/><BR/>I find it helpful to know I'm connecting in some way to an ancient prayer ritual that has gone before and been so helful to so many - the three stages of the walk mirror the ancient prayer model of purgation, illumination and union.<BR/><BR/>Great that your interest has picqued.
