mercies...

...they say they are new every morning.... i hope so

When you are sorrowful look again in your heart, and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight. ~Kahlil Gibran

...for those now in some better place and those left in Virginia

was feeling very strange that there were no comments on the last 2 posts - wondered if the rapture had happened and i had been left behind!!!!

That comment of your is hilarious. No, there wasn't a rapture....just a train ride with no internet! :) My heart is so sad by all in VA....for 10 years, we lived two and a half hours from Virginia Tech before we came here. It is an incredible loss and so senseless.

God must be glorified through this tragic event. I pray that His peace can come soon for all those families and students and that people who may have been bling to Him may see His undying love.

maggi,
thanks, maybe you and your boy will make it for bombay and limes under the same blue...

anna,
i kid you not, i sometimes think i just might have been left behind (i loathe those books!!!!!)

i too pray that there may be a fragrance of the goodness of god left after the barbaric tragedy that has been - may we remember them always....

The Prophet is a book very dear to my heart and joy and sorrow in particular helps me to see the grief that I will always feel for my dad in a more positive way.
I am glad I found your quote today
Thanks
