Learning to breathe

I will not spoil this by trying to add words...sunrise this morning...

Stunning!

Believe it or not, the vista is similar to mine, though I look out onto a river. There was a similar sunrise a couple of mornings ago that took my breath away. I sat in my living room with all the lights out...sipped on my cup of tea and took it all in. Pure poetry.

Dana, as i am sat commenting, another sunrise is taking place as beautiful as the one in the pic - I'm drinking pink gratefruit tho - so i will stop writing and drink more than the juice tho....

afraid so niki, looking out towards herm from st peter port....not a bad place to live after all eh?

It's gorgeous. Where I live in St Sampson I can see right across to Herm and I love walking early in the morning along the beach...
I'm in a depression at the mo. Will write properly when I get back. x

Your photo intrigued me so much that I took it upon myself to look up Cotils. I wanted to see more of Guernsey. My goodness, it's beautiful and so inviting looking. And what a view you must have everyday.....an ever changing vista of light and colour. I have a feeling that I would thoroughly enjoy taking part in a retreat on the grounds of Cotils.
How lucky you are.
