118 days...

...finally in a really dark time comes a little hope and light...Norman Kember is a good man and is finally free. I am so happy for his loved ones...and it reminds me we all need prayers for our future when most of our actions only bring hurt to our present...

My prayers also are with James Loney, and Harmeet Singh Sooden, who were also part of the freed group of peace activists. And my heart breaks for the family of Tom Fox who was also part of this group who was found dead a month ago in Baghdad. The tragedies mount and mount in this wretched war.

You are so so right mata, and i hope all who have checked in don't think for a minute mine are not either...i suppose with norman being at Greenbelt last year there was a personal connection...i am thankful with the Loney's and Sooden's and weep still with the Fox family...

Oh, Harbour - I just felt a need to call their names as part of the "thankful and sad roll call"...no offence intended. After reading your blog, I do not doubt your heart.

Sometimes I think that is why we have hearts at all -- so that we could doubt them and others could believe in them.
